Vipassana meditation as taught by S.N. Goenka in the tradition of Sayagyi U Ba Khin
The technique of Vipassana meditation is a practical way to achieve peace of mind and live a happy, productive life. This technique is non-sectarian and is suitable to all people regardless of religion, gender, race or nationality.
To learn Vipassana meditation one needs to develop one’s own experience during a residential 10-day course. All courses are conducted by assistant teachers of S.N. Goenka using audio and video recordings of Mr. Goenka’s instructions and discourses.
Dhamma Kuñja (Pali for ‘Grove of Dhamma’), is situated on 50 acres in Onalaska, WA, two hours south of Seattle, and 1.5 hours north of Portland, OR. Facilities include a meditation hall, accommodations, dining facilities and walking paths.
